Marshalls' health facilities under pressure

As Samoa struggles to get on top of its measles outbreak, the threat is rising around the Pacific.

Cases are now being counted in the dozens in Brisbane and Fiji, while Tonga, American Samoa and other places remain on high alert.

In the Marshall Islands they have been contending with a severe dengue threat, followed by influenza, while also ensuring the islands are prepared for any measles outbreak.

Our correspondent in the Marshalls is Giff Johnson, who told Don Wiseman about the strains being placed on the country's health system.
