You might guess a world barbecue champion would be an Aussie or a Kiwi, but Charlie McKenna is all-American.
Before opening his Lillie's Q restaurants in Chicago and Florida, McKenna trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York.
He's in New Zealand to judge the Auckland BBQ festival Meatstock.
