New Zealand's first locust farmer on eating insects

Move over cricket flour, locusts are the new black in the protein world. 

Insects are thought to be the answer to the sustainable food - they can be frozen, fried or ground up into baking. 

Malcolm Diack is the country's first locust farmer, running his business Otago Locusts out of shipping containers in Dunedin. He tells us how and why he got into the insect game, and what's next.
