‘There are going to be teachers paid more than principals’

The principal of a small rural school says she can't help but consider a return to teaching, after she rejected a pay offer that would have left her making less than a senior teacher at a bigger school. Wharepapa South School principal Carol-Lynn Hill spoke to Lisa Owen.
