Two found guilty over torture, murder of Dimetrius Pairama

Two people have been found guilty of what has been described as the "barbaric" torture and murder of an Auckland teenager.

Toko Shane Winter, who is also known as Ashley, and Kerry Te Amo have been on trial in the High Court at Auckland - accused of murdering 17-year-old Dimetrius Pairama.

After three weeks of evidence and three and a half hours of deliberations - the jury returned unanimous guilty verdicts.
