Covid-19 lockdown: Deadline extended for NZers heading home - Phil Twyford talks details

The lockdown deadline has been extended for people trying to high tail it home by 11.59pm Wednesday.

Pressure on ferries, trains and planes, and the need to keep passengers a safe distance apart means the government had to reassess.
