In Extra Time this week the RNZ Sport panel of Hamish Bidwell, Barry Guy, Joe Porter and Bridget Tunnicliffe discusses the cancellation of Rugby World Cup matches. Did World Rugby make a mistake by granting Japan the hosting rights knowing that typhoons are common at this time of year?
