Boult looking foward to return to international cricket

From First Up, 5:24 am on 19 February 2020

Black Caps pace bowler Trent Boult concedes his latest injury lay off has been one of the more frustrating of his career and is raring to return to the international scene after almost two months off. Boult suffered a broken right hand while batting in the Boxing Day test against Australia when he was struck by a delivery from fast bowler Mitchell Starc. He missed the third test along with the five match T20 series against India along with the three one dayers. Despite the lack of match play he will play in the first test against India in Wellington starting on Friday - the match in which teamate Ross Taylor will bring up his 100th test appearance - and told media upon his arrival in Wellington yesterday he's looking forward to putting on the whites again and banishing the memories of Australia.
