Clive Matthew-Wilson demands seatbelts for buses

A road safety campaigner says all buses travelling over 50 kilometres an hour should have seatbelts. Clive Matthew-Wilson from the Dog and Lemon website says there is no reason seatbelts can't be retrofitted on buses.
