Anger at suppressions in Cardinal Pell trial

From Morning Report, 8:15 am on 14 December 2018

Australian Cardinal George Pell, a senior advisor to the Pope, is on bail awaiting sentencing after being found guilty of sexually abusing children. The 77-year-old will be sentenced in February on five counts of historic abuse that took place in Melbourne. And he'll be back in court early next year for a fresh trial on similar charges said to have happened in Ballarat. He is the highest ranking Catholic to be convicted of sexual abuse. Because of the upcoming trial, all details of Pell's conviction this week have been suppressed in Australia. Our Australian correspondent Kerry-Anne Walsh joins Susie Ferguson in studio to discuss.
