Ten years after it was launched in two Auckland primary schools, the Garden To Table programme has spread to 174 schools across New Zealand. About 10,000 Kiwi kids now grow vegetables and fruit on their school grounds, cook meals for their classmates, and willingly eat nutritious foods that some would never touch at home.
