'Economy is in good shape' says Finance Minister on surplus

The Finance Minister Grant Robertson says the Government has increased spending, and is rectifying deficits in health, education and infrastructure. However, Mr Robertson says the Government must take a balanced approach to investments, while keeping debt low, while the global economy slows.
