Chicken, leek and bacon sausage wins supreme award

One sausage to rule them all. A chicken, leek and bacon sausage has taken out the Supreme Award at this year's Great New Zealand Sausage Competition. Glenn McKendry from Westmere Butchery in Auckland beat 500 other entries from over 90 butcheries around New Zealand with his winning snag. He spoke with Gyles Beckford.
