A person has died and two have been seriously injured in separate motorcycle crashes today.

One person died after a collision between a motorbike and a car near State Highway 6 in Rai Valley in Marlborough about 11am.
And in the central North Island, two people have been seriously injured in an off-road motorcycle crash near Rotorua.
Police said the crash happened about 1pm near the intersection of State Highway 1 and Ohakuri Road south of Lake Atiamuri.
