The Cook Islands is likely to follow Samoa in banning the biopic about the international pop star, Elton John.
However, the film, Rocket Man, has already been screening in Rarotonga's cinema for more than a week.
Samoa's Censorship Board banned the film from screening at the country's only cinema last month, for its portrayal of gay sex.
