10:17 American lawmakers move to ban TikTok with new bill

A new bill to ban entertainment app TikTok in the United States is making its way through the halls of power in Washington.

Several attempts have been made to ban the app in the last few years, but they've all been stalled or faced legal action.

To explain this latest move, futurist and chief executive of Gorilla Technology Paul Spain joins Emile Donovan.
