LATE NIGHT PHIL:  Ringo Starr's All-Starr Band played their first gig on June 24th, 1989. The band has featured a lot of big names over the years including Hamish Stuart from The Average White Band, Steve Lukather from Toto, Dr. John, Joe Walsh, Rod Argent, Dave Edmunds, Colin Hay from Men At Work... the list goes on and a lot of them feature in tonight's Late Night Phil. We'll feature tracks from The Ringo Starr All-Starr Band concerts over the years.
