Several people have been arrested after a brawl broke out near Auckland's Viaduct Harbour on Friday night.
Police were called to Quay Street shortly before 7.30pm after receiving reports of drinks being thrown off an apartment balcony near Lower Hobson Street.
As officers arrived, a fight broke out with police using pepper spray to quell the encounter.
Police say one person was also tasered.
Four people were arrested but they were released on bail overnight.
Some received medical treatment following the fight but no serious injuries were reported.
