Researchers at New York University have looked at how big a challenge we think we face when we want to lose weight, get fit, and look good on the beach over the summer. The research has been done at the University's SPAM lab. In this case SPAM stands for social perception action and motivation. The person behind the research is social psychologist Dr Emily Balcetis.
