The government's planting plan

The Government's one billion a year regional spending plan aims to get more jobs in the regions with roles in planting and nurseries to plant 100 million trees a year - with the goal of planting a billion over 10 years.

It's an ambitious goal that could be hard to achieve.

So what will it look like and where will they go? Forest Owners chief executive David Rhodes has some insight.
