Czech drug smuggler Karel Sroubek has told the Parole Board prison has been the hardest time of his life but he's teaching yoga and trying to stay positive as he seeks an early release.
The professional kickboxer, also known as Jan Antolik, is serving an almost six-year prison sentence for importing five kilograms of ecstasy.
He's earmarked for deportation on release after the Immigration Minister backtracked on a botched decision to grant him residency last year.
But - as he told the Parole Board - he intends to stay and build a life outside bars.
