A fifth of NZers drinking dangerously - Health Ministry data

It's not the drinking, it's how we're drinking, the old adage goes. One in five adult New Zealanders are now drinking alcohol in a way that is dangerous to themselves or other people, according to new Health Ministry figures.

And public health experts are pointing the finger of blame at big business interests and government apathy.
