Park-like grounds, close to the Airport, a swimming pool and plenty of parking.

It reads like a prime piece of Auckland real estate, but for the fact the Jet Park hotel is ground zero for Covid-19 cases - the quarantine hotel people are transferred to if they test positive for the virus.

It has not specified exactly which ones, but Covid-19 Response Minister Chris Hipkins says hotels outside the CBD with space to exercise are the better pick.

Real estate broker Michael Boulgaris knows a bit about sealing a multi-million dollar property deal.
