'We might as well be in level 4' - Taupō misses Auckland visitors

The tentacles of Auckland's lockdown pain are stretching beyond the city limits, to towns who welcome Aucklanders for holidays.

The Prime Minister has revealed there will be no further shifts down alert levels for the rest of the country - while the supercity is locked down in level 4.

Everywhere outside supercity is in limbo at delta level that means no more than fifty people socially distanced inside and 100 outside.
