A coroner has heard a man feared his brother was alive but left for dead following the terror attack at Christchurch's Al Noor Mosque.
Almost three years after white supremacist Brenton Tarrant murdered 51 Muslims at prayer, Coroner Brigitte Windley is hearing grieving families' submissions on the scope of an inquiry.
