National MP Barbara Kuriger has resigned from all of her portfolios, for what her leader Christopher Luxon has described as a serious lapse of judgement.
The third-term MP and her family have been involved in an ongoing personal dispute with the Ministry for Primary Industries.
And her failure to disclose that to the Party left her position untenable.
