Safety fears after accident on damaged Whangateau road

Residents in a rural north Auckland street are concerned about the state of their roads, where a woman had a serious accident on a quad bike. She and two children were taken to hospital. They took their concerns to the council - asking for a fix, after heavy rain washed parts of the road down a bank. Locals have been using quad bikes to access their homes in the meantime.
