Samoa prepares for two day shutdown to vaccinate nation

From First Up, 5:50 am on 5 December 2019

The two day shutdown comes as the death toll rises to 60, most of them children. Samoan residents have been advised to stay home and hang red flags outside their homes if they need vaccinations. Joining us now live from Apia is Alex Perrottet.
