Where will govt spend "found" billion dollars in Budget

The Finance Minister has found nearly a billion dollars of unspent Covid-19 relief fund money which will be dished out in the government's "recovery budget" later this month. In his pre-budget speech yesterday, Grant Robertson also announced the establishment of a new team - led by him - to ensure every cent is spent wisely.
