Losing your fitness over lockdown

In June, a news director for the Sunday Star-Times, Kelly Dennett, was thrown into a 5-month training programme with 3 Warriors fans - with experts from the Warriors giving fitness and nutrition advice. Kelly was starting to see results; shaving body fat and getting stronger as she worked out and adhered to a high-protein diet with lots of veges...and then lockdown happened. Our producer Katrina Batten, who's also trying to improve her fitness, was sympathetic. She asked Kelly if lockdown plunged her into despair.
