A review into the hiring of TVNZ presenter Kamahl Santamaria has found a number of flaws in the recruitment process. The former Al Jazeera presenter lasted just 32 days in the job and left under a cloud of accusations of inappropriate behaviour to colleagues. TVNZ's head of news and current affairs, Paul Yurisich, resigned after the review into the hiring of Mr Santamaria was released yesterday. Nathan Rarere discussed the report with the Deputy Prime Minister Grant Robertson, and started by asking if he's confident Mr Santamaria's was the only questionable appointment?
