Rotorua mayor assured managed isolation protocols "watertight"

The MP for Rotorua, Todd McClay, says residents are concerned about the sudden influx of returning New Zealanders to Rotorua for their two-week managed isolation period.

He says seven busloads have arrived since Saturday night to be housed in hotels, but he says his constituents only found that out yesterday.
