NZ disappointed nuclear weapon states are upgrading arsenals

New Zealand is disappointed powerful countries are spending hundreds-of-billions of dollars on nuclear weapons ... saying they're ignoring key international treaties to get rid of their stockpiles. 

The Minister of Disarmament and Arms Control Phil Twyford is in New York to try and strengthen the agreement.  

Mr Twyford told Charlotte Cook the treaty has been ignored by powerful countries and needs to be strengthened
