Train bomb blast in St Petersburg was a terror attack

An explosion has ripped apart a carriage on a metro train in St Petersburg.

At least ten people have been killed and more than  40 injured in the terror attack.  

Another bomb found at another station has been defused.

President Vladimir Putin, who was in St Petersburg for a meeting with the leader of Belarus when the blast happened, has has declared three days of of mourning.

Moscow-based journalist, Carl Fridh-Kleberg, told Morning Report all eyes are on Vladimir Putin and how he responds to the terrorist attack.
