Catalonia's Puigdemont hand himself in to Belgium police

Prosecutors in Belgium have confirmed that Catalonia's ousted leader Carles Puigdemont and four of his former advisors have turned themselves in to Belgian authorities. A Spanish judge issued warrants for their arrests in an investigation into alleged rebellion linked to Catalonia's unilateral independence.
