Dairy can continue, water quality will improve - farmers

Farmers say they can continue dairy farming and improve the water quality of our rivers at the same time. The government is looking at restricting the amount of nutrients making its way into waterways. Environment Minister David Parker says there won't be a direct cap on the number of cattle - but it might mean fewer cows in some areas. Farmers say they can comply and continue to be profitable.
