NZ rugby referees get more flexibility with contentious calls

New Zealand referees will have greater flexibility for dealing with foul play in the new National Provincial Competition. After several controversial calls in the recent June Test series between the All Blacks and France, New Zealand Rugby has directed referees in the Mitre 10 Cup to consider context when ruling on foul play. To explain what that means is New Zealand Rugby Head of Referees, Bryce Lawrence talks to Guyon Espiner.
