No 'spending spree' with govt's $5.5b surplus - Finance Minister

Susie Ferguson speaks to Finance Minister Grant Robertson. She asks him if he agrees with James Shaw that the surplus should be spent tackling homelessness. "The problem with rainy days is they keep coming. We've had mycoplasma bovis, if you look back in past we've had global financial crisis and the earthquakes. This is about a balance between having that money aside if there is a reason to use it," he says.
