KiwiBuild 'a broken promise' - Simon Bridges

A major question mark now hangs over the government promise to build 100-thousand kiwibuild houses over the next ten years. Housing Minister Phil Twyford announced a recalibration of the policy in January, after being forced to admit it would woefully miss its short-term targets. Phil Twyford declined to be interviewed on Morning Report on Thursday. Opposition leader Simon Bridges joins Susie Ferguson with his response.
