A woman whose husband was killed in a heli-skiing crash says her fight through the justice system felt like a "David and Goliath" battle.
Adelle Box represented herself at an inquest for her partner Jerome - who died in the crash in Wanaka in August 2014.
She was quoted more than $150,000 for legal representation at the inquest so took it upon herself to advocate for her family in a system she says re-victimises.
RNZ court reporter Anneke Smith filed this report.
