Sports star Sonny Bill Williams is turning his hand to politics this week - visiting Queenstown to lobby Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison over refugees.
Eight years ago, New Zealand offered to resettle 150 refugees a year from Australia's offshore detention system.
Williams is urging Scott Morrison to finally accept the offer.
