Questions why new intelligence agency not here yet

A new national intelligence and security agency New Zealand's own FBI-CIA is missing in action despite being a key recommendation from the mosque attacks inquiry.

The Government says it's too early to set one up, three years after the security failings leading up to 15 March.

A Muslim leader says Cabinet needs to explain why.
