One of the country's leading inequality experts says the Labour Party has set itself up to finally deliver tax reform.
Chris Hipkins called the tax system "inequitable" and "unsustainable" in his first official speech as Opposition leader on Sunday.
He's promising Labour will hit the ground running with tax reform at the next election.
