Gareth Morgan, hailing from the whisky capital of Speyside in Scotland, has had his signature on bottles of Tamnavulin Single Malt Scotch Whisky, worked on the iconic Macallan brew, and managed casking and bottling of spirits for years.
His new challenge is in Aotearoa, as distillery manager for Reefton Distilling Company, making whisky in one of the country's most historic towns.
He joins Emile Donovan.
