Life has changed considerably over the past couple of months for Auckland ceramicist and actress Julie Collis. The 66 year old is now living in Los Angeles, she has a Hollywood agent and is busy going to auditions. Julie has previously appeared on Shortland Street and Mercy Peak and until recently she was making ceramics in her art studio in Birkenhead. The chance to chase her dream came after a she received the Best Actress Award at the Short and Sweet Festival in LA last year.
