Raf Manji is an independent adviser to the Christchurch Foundation, who was tasked with consulting the Mosque shooting bereaved and victims and recommending how the money should be distributed.

Since March 15, he's held 166 meetings with individuals and groups. He says there are many lessons to be learned from the government's response in the aftermath of the shooting.
