Damian Vaughan has just stepped down from his role as CEO of Recorded Music NZ - the non-profit Trade Association that deals with licensing for recording artists and their labels in Aotearoa - after nine years at the helm.
He talked to Tony Stamp about his time there, and shared six tracks that have been important to him along the way.
