Christchurch's $2m weed solution

The banning of the herbicide Roundup from use in public spaces has seen the city's weed-killing bill rise dramatically. From $450k a year to $2.1m. Roundup's active ingredient is glyphosate and is the world's most commonly used herbicide. The weed-killer is made by Monsanto which is facing hundreds of lawsuits from peope who blame Roundup for their illnesses.
