Act is relaunching, but will it matter?

The Act party is relaunching - but keeping its name. In the NZ Herald today some of the details of the grand plan set to be unveiled during the party's annual conference on Sunday. There's going to be new policies, new faces, and a new media strategy that includes a podcast. We ask the panellists if it's wistful thinking that Act can return to its heyday.
