Rowing World Championships

In just their second ever race together the New Zealand women's rowing quad has qualified for next years Olympics.

Rowing New Zealand has confirmed a team of 53 athletes in 16 boats for this month's World Championships in Austria.

The World Rowing Championships are expected to go ahead in Florida later this month despite Hurricane Irma ripping through the state.
